Blest Ministry is expanding their service to better serve you. With numerous inquiries to rent during the summer, we have begun a property management (ad)venture. There are area lakeside property owners (Wamplers and neighboring lakes), who want Blest Ministry to manage their renting experience. This means that during any given week, we will have more lakeside properties to offer our customers to accomodate the growing demand.
Not only are we expanding our property management business, but we have moved Pastor Robb and his family closer to better serve you. The Pastor and his family will live at the Blest Manor. While the Blest Manor will no longer be available as a rental unit, the Pastor will be more easily available for weekly and weekend rentals, during all seasons. (Reminder: The units are all season to rent for spring sunshine, fall color, and winter fun: offering reduced/off-peak daily and weekend rates).
Those who rented from us in the past will have 'first right of refusal' for their favorite week(s). We ask those who have rented the Great Cabin and Lighthouse Cottage to reserve your week(s) (with a $300) reservation deposit by November 1, 2008. Those who rented the Blest Manor will be given priority for any available weeks in the Great Cabin, as of November 2. We appreciate your patience and sending your deposits in early, as we confirm the 2009 rental calendar and accommodate past clients. (The 2009 Great Cabin summer/peak weekly rate is $1300 and Lighthouse Cottage is $700. This slight price adjustment is due to utility increases.)
As of January 1, the website, www.blestministry.com, will offer other properties listed for rent. You are welcome to wait and review that list. (Should you desire to rent another property, your existing rental deposit will be transferable). We hope to continue to meet your rental needs by providing great service at fair rates to create family memories for years to come.
